When I started to envision the new Erin Schwein Fitness, I wanted to offer a class that provided women with a way to learn about and incorporate strength training into their daily lives. Strength training is essential for women not only to tone and tighten those trouble areas, but to also help them maintain their lean muscle mass, decrease risk for osteoporosis, maintain a strong core and posture. Along with so many other benefits including improving metabolic rates and energy levels.
So I created the Get H.O.T. Program which stands for Highly Optimized Training. This includes a 2 day/week split training program that also incorporates bouts of interval training with the strength training. Then, one day a week of functional body weight training. However, when I started the program, I offered it without a real start date. Women could sign up and start whenever they wanted to. But as a trainer I know that starting a program can be one of the hardest things for someone to do. All the excuses find their way into our lives pushing our goals farther and farther back.
So I have decided to make the Get H.O.T. Program have a Start Date and an End Date. Therefore, a woman can only join at the start of the month! We all need that little push to get us going! And I know that once you get started and commit to yourself, you will be happy that you did!

Mondays and Wednesdays – 9:45am – 10:45am and 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 5:15am – 6:15am
Saturdays: 8:00am – 9:00am
