Erin Schwein – Owner
and fitness was the center of my life during my high school years. I played volleyball and basketball year round, then softball in the Spring and Summer. I have always enjoyed running (most days). I continued to stay active in college, running and working out in the gym. After college, I began working in a doctor’s office. I was shocked at the number of people that would rather take prescription medications instead of trying to change their lifestyle to better their health. That’s when I decided I wanted to help people live healthier lifestyles and prevent disease or at least reduce the risks. After completing my personal training certification, I started out doing in home personal training. For safety reasons, I only trained women. I enjoy training women. I relate to their struggles, what motivates them, and their hectic schedules. I understand the desire to want to tighten up here and there. I understand the emotions and frustrations that come along with exercise for women. For women, the journey to a healthier lifestyle, sexier body and improved fitness level is more mental than physical.
I love what I do. I love knowing that I am making a difference in women’s lives for the better. I know how much exercise and fitness can change your life. The feeling of pride, confidence and satisfaction that comes from reaching a goal or just completing a tough workout. It is empowering. It improves us as women in all aspects of our lives. It motivates us to be a better wife, mom, sister, worker, etc. Fitness can make us feel sexy!!
