“Back to Basics” Boot Camp

When I started training 8 years ago, I started with Boot Camps. And it is time to get back to the basics and get results! We don’t need fancy diets or fancy fitness programs to get us in shape. It always comes back to the basics with anything to get results. Let’s not over-complicate fitness. Let’s just do the basics, keep it simple… because at the end of the day, what we really want is results!
But don’t mistake basic with easy. You will be expected to work hard. Give 100% during the workouts and follow the nutrition program. Just remember though that you are not alone, you will have a ton of support, accountability and motivation throughout the program.
At the end of the 4 weeks, we will have a Celebration Party to celebrate everyone’s accomplishments. During this 5th, week we will also have a variety of fun fitness classes as our bodies, rest, recover and grow stronger from Boot Camp. Then, we start a new 5 weeks.

6:15pm – 7:30pm
Classes are an hour and 15 minutes. The last 15 minutes are for questions and group discussion.
Space is Limited to 13 women in the morning and 13 women in the evening.
